What is Leadership Capability?
I often use the analogy that leadership capabilities are akin to a "plate" when speaking with my clients. A large and sturdy plate enables you to confidently handle the "food" being thrown onto it with confident and ease.
However, for most founders, life isn't always easy. In leadership roles, you often find yourself pushed beyond comfort zone. This means constantly resolve issues through problem-solving, and making decisions that impact not only you but your entire team. At times, you may feel like you're placed on a pedestal, with everyone observing you in the spotlight, yet few truly understand the challenges you face behind the scenes.
It's not uncommon to experience a sense of isolation in your personal journey, lacking a safe and consistent space to discuss your problems or engage in deep reflection. You might even grapple with waves of self-doubt and feelings of inadequacy, a phenomenon known as 'Imposter Syndrome', which tends to affect female leaders more than their male counterparts.
This could make you feel trapped in a seemingly unbreakable pattern. Amidst your busy schedule, you may struggle to find room for personal growth and require external support to help you navigate your circumstances and gain clarity.

My coaching framework focuses on expanding leaders' capabilities in both their personal and professional lives.
Instead of concentrating on the 'outer game of leadership'—which involves external factors such as technical skills, competence, or management processes—My work focuses on the 'inner game of leadership' (also known as the 'mental game').
The inner game refers to a leader's internal operating system (IOS): their identity, values, beliefs, decision-making processes, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, spiritual beliefs, intrinsic motivation, and mental models. This is where my coaching expertise comes into play.
I provide leaders with a safe and consistent space outside of work to guide them through the complexities of their own minds, helping them find clarity, comfort, and confidence beyond what they could achieve alone.
